According to Korean media reports, with the booming development of AI, SK Hynix has a high demand for manpower. It will expand its talent recruitment in the second half of the year, with the demand reaching three digits to ensure future competition.

Korean media "Business Korea" reported, industry insiders revealed that SK Hynix is ​​about to launch the second half of 2025 recruitment plan. The recruitment operation is about one week. From September 22 to October 1, it is planned to recruit up to three-digit number of employees, with a lack of talents covering design, equipment, R&D, mass production technology and other fields.

SK Hynix dominated the global HBM market. With the support of new profits, the number of employees has been paid to the mobile phone. In 2024, the average annual salary of SK Hynix employees was as high as 11,700 KW (about NT$2.54 million). Recently, it has issued a performance bonus of more than 1000 KW (about NT$2.17 million) per person, which has attracted discussions from all walks of life.

SK Hynix Financial Report shows that in the first half of 2025, the combined business interests reached 16.7 trillion Korean dollars, ranking high in the "profit king" of the top 50 strong companies in South Korea's market value.

Industry insiders pointed out that because many people regard SK Hynix as a high-paying dream job, they want to become a member of the interview, and the interview competition is fierce, the newcomer record rate in the second half of the year is estimated to be less than 1%.
