talkSPORT news, Chelsea youngster Josh Achampang may switch to the Ghana national team, although so far, all of his national youth team games have been for England.
In the 24-25 season, Achangpang entered the Chelsea first team and spent a breakthrough season at Stamford Bridge. By this season, the young central defender of the England U21 team further established himself in the first team and scored his first goal for the senior team when Chelsea defeated Forest 3-0 in the 8th round of the Premier League.
Due to his parents’ ancestry, Achampang is eligible to represent the Ghana national team. In addition, he is also eligible to play for the Ireland national team.
