What prompted you to decide to return to Europe and join Paphos?

As a star player in the club, how do you view your role?
I understand that I am a star new player in the club. Expectations are high, but stress has been a part of my career. I look at it positively, and it motivates me. I want to help the team and do my best for the club, the fans, the city and the country. As an experienced player, supporting young people is one of my responsibilities, especially my fellow countrymen. There are a lot of Brazilian players in the club and I want to help them grow and succeed.
How do you view the development of Cyprus football?
In recent years, Cyprus football has experienced a strong upward momentum, and the team has made more appearances in European stadiums. The football here is good, and the fans also have great enthusiasm. Paphos and other Cyprus teams have proven that they can compete at a high level in Europe.
